A Deputada Federal Adriana Ventura abre o seu canal PARTICIPE para receber até esta sexta-feira (28), às 12h, proposições para a melhoria da Medida Provisória 996/2020, já batizada de ‘Programa Casa Verde e Amarela’ .
O programa do Governo Federal vai conceder financiamento e subsídio para a compra da casa própria. Serão beneficiadas famílias residentes em áreas urbanas com renda mensal de até R$ 7 mil e famílias que moram em áreas rurais com renda anual de até R$ 84 mil.
O Casa Verde e Amarela vai substituir o Minha Casa Minha Vida, criado em 2009 no governo do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Além da compra da casa, o novo programa também vai financiar regularização fundiária e pequenas reformas nos imóveis, como construção de banheiro ou colocação de piso. Estas duas modalidades de financiamento não estão previstas atualmente no Minha Casa Minha Vida.
O governo informou que o programa vai conter três faixas de financiamento:
> O grupo 1 atenderá famílias com renda de até R$ 2 mil, terá os menores juros e será o único com acesso a financiamento para compra, reforma ou regularização fundiária.
> O grupo 2 atenderá famílias com renda entre R$ 2 mil mensais e R$ 4 mil mensais.
> Já o grupo 3 alcançará as famílias com renda entre R$ 4 mil e R$ 7 mil.
Estes dois últimos grupos só terão acesso a financiamento para compra da casa e regularização fundiária.
