“Não há bala de prata no combate à corrupção. A luta contra essas práticas não republicanas é permanente”. Deputada Adriana Ventura sempre repete esta frase. As ações devem ser permanentes, ainda mais com tantos retrocessos que tivemos nos últimos anos:
👉 Enfraquecimento do Pacote Anticrime;
👉 Aprovação da Lei de Abuso de Autoridade;
👉 Demissão do Ministro Sergio Moro;
👉 Nomeação do PGR que não constava na lista tríplice;
👉 Indicação de Kassio Nunes ao STF;
👉 Tratoraço e orçamento secreto…
Veja o que o Congresso Nacional pode fazer para ajudar no combate à corrupção:
1. Fazer boas legislações que propiciem o combate à corrupção e reduzam a impunidade, dando efetividade à responsabilização de agentes públicos. Exemplos: a PEC 199, que retoma a prisão após condenação em segunda instância e a PEC 333, que acaba com o fim do foro privilegiado.
2. Fiscalizar os atos do Executivo e fortalecer instituições fiscalizadoras, desestimulando condutas ilícitas por meio da vigilância constante. Veja como a deputada tem fiscalizado o executivo neste artigo.
3. Exigir maior transparência nos dados públicos, com mais uso de tecnologia, processos digitais integrados e bases de dados abertas.
4. Cortar burocracias e promover desestatizações.
5. Buscar maior descentralização de poder na tomada de decisões.
6. Promover a discussão de pautas relacionadas ao combate à corrupção com instituições e sociedade. Por isso a Deputada Adriana criou a Frente Ética contra a Corrupção.
7. Estimular a cidadania, promovendo mais controle social por parte da população. Veja algumas ações para participação cidadã nesta reportagem.
